Some reviews make Garmin sleep tracking sound horrendous and useless. Has sleep tracking improved at all? I've read Fitbit does a better job, but I'm just looking for fairly accurate data in this area. How much charge would I get from a 15-20 minute charge? Would it tack on a couple of hours in the event it gets low while I'm at work? Price point is great for a first device at $169.99 right now at Best Buy. My wrist is on the smaller side and I like the square design.

I think the Venu SQ would be a good starting device for me. For me, I feel Garmin is a better choice overall. My wife has been using a Fitbit Versa (original model) for a few years. I've personally never owned any sort of tracker, smartwatch etc.
